Organic Tofu Misozuke 有機豆腐の味噌漬け
Tofu Misozuke is a traditional Japanese delicacy which dates back to at least the 18th century. Vege Tofu's Organic Firm Tofu is steeped in miso, then aged for months. The lengthy curing process results in an intense-flavoured and creamy product which can be enjoyed on its own.
Tofu misozuke can also be: - served on bread or crackers - with dried fruits or preserves - paired with sake - with grilled vegetables - in salads. Organic Firm Tofu 有機にがり木綿豆腐
Most commonly known form of tofu and most versatile form of tofu. Containing one of the highest nutritional values among the different types of tofu, the firm tofu is an excellent source of protein.
Vege Tofu's Organic Firm Tofu is made using a natural coagulant known as nigari, which gives the tofu a slightly sweet taste, as compared to tofu made using calcium coagulants. In addition, each block of firm tofu contains no less than 115g of certified organic soybeans - high in protein!
Ideal for all types of cooking. Can be served instantly with (soy) sauce.

Fresh organic tofu, fried in 100% Grapeseed oil.
Being slightly fried, this can be added to stir-fry dishes, making it faster to whip up a dish. It can also be served hot with sauces.

Soft tofu is also a key ingredient for vegetarians in making puddings, cakes, pies, sauces and many more! It can also be used as an egg replacement. Soft tofu is also ideal for smoothies and shakes.

Can be used in stews such as the Korean biji-jjigae, as the Japanese stir-fry dish unohana, or as an ingredient for patties and baking.
